Pine Fire Rated Door Frames
We supply 10mm intumescent fire seal strips. If you require a larger size, please contact us.
Our Pine Door Frames are machined from unsorted redwood, for a natural look and smooth finish.
The Door Frames are supplied pre-sanded and unfinished ready to be Fitted and then treated to complement any existing wood features within your home.
All Pine Door Frames over 220mm wide are made in sections and come glued jointed, ready for you to fit.
All Fire Rated Frames need an inset intumescent Fire and Smoke Seal. This is designed to expand under heat, and fill the gaps between the door leaf and frame, thereby preventing the passage of smoke and fire to other parts or compartments of the building. These can be purchased in the dropdown menu.
All Fire Rated Door Frames come with a 30mm x 15mm Slamming Strip and a 10mm x 4mm routed groove for the smoke seal.
